Can I choose which caregivers are able to join my care team?
Yes, the family is in control. Whether family or hired caregivers, you are in control.
Does it cost anything?
Yes, there is a monthly fee for use. If you are a family supported by an organization, your monthly fee is waived. Right now we are offering a promotion for new users, so make sure to reach out if you are interested.
Is this service funded by a provincial health care agency (e.g. AHS, SHA) or insurance?
blueBell Connect is not currently able to be covered directly by provincial health authorities (including AHS’s Client Directed Home Care Invoicing program). To find out if your insurance provider can cover this tool, please contact us.
How are you determining what personalized recommendations I see?
blueBell Connect operates on a proprietary, patent-pending process which considers all the individual factors of a person and provides recommendations that are correct for them. The recommendations are validated by a clinical team consisting of physicians, psychologists, nurses and other experts in this space.
